Refund Policy

Money-Back Guarantee

With our money-back guarantee, returns can be made within 30 days. Damaged or customized artworks will not be accepted.

For any return requests, please contact our customer service via the “Contact” section of our website or at info@artemisreproduction.com.

Return of Artworks

You have the right to withdraw within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of your order.

During this period, you can return undamaged and non-customized artworks without having to provide reasons or pay additional fees. If you receive damaged artworks, contact our customer service via the “Contact” section of our website.

All products can be subject to withdrawal, except those customized at your request. Returned artworks must be intact and complete.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact our customer service directly via the “Contact” section of our website or at info@artemisreproduction.com. Artemisreproduction.com will confirm the receipt of your withdrawal by email as soon as possible. Artemisreproduction.com is committed to refunding the total amount paid upon receipt of the product in our warehouses or upon receipt of the return proof of your package sent to info@artemisreproduction.com. Artemisreproduction.com will refund the returned artworks, provided that the above conditions are met, as well as the standard “outbound” shipping costs if you return the entire order. “Outbound” shipping costs with surcharges will be refunded up to the amount of standard shipping costs. Please note that “outbound” shipping costs will be refunded separately. The refund will be made using the payment method used for the returned order.

For example, if the order for artworks was paid by:

  • Credit Card, the refund will be made to the account associated with that Credit Card.
  • PayPal, the refund will be made to that PayPal account.

For any other payment method or in case of inability to process the above refunds, the refund will be made via bank transfer.

Exchange

You also have the option to request an exchange within thirty (30) days of receiving the product. You can return the product to be exchanged to artemisreproduction.com via DHL or FedEx. Please remember that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The product to be returned must be intact, complete, and packed. The return of the product may be done at the same time as the delivery of the new product, provided that there is an arrangement with the carriers and that the product is available.

Non-Conforming Product

Artemisreproduction.com recommends checking the product at the time of delivery, and in the case where the delivered product is non-conforming (error in the product, defective, damaged, or incomplete product), to make written reservations no later than three (3) days following delivery, with the carrier and/or artemisreproduction.com. In all cases, the provisions relating to legal warranties will apply. Therefore, the non-conforming delivered product may initially be replaced. However, if the new product received does not satisfy you, you may exercise, if applicable, your right of withdrawal within the remaining time.

For artworks reported as non-conforming within three (3) days of delivery, artemisreproduction.com allows you to exercise your right of withdrawal and obtain a refund for the product, without having to go through replacement.
