The offer and sale of products on our website (artemisreproduction.fr) are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Products purchased on artemisreproduction.fr are sold directly by CONCAS CORPORATE., Ltd., based in Thailand.

If you are not a “Customer,” we invite you not to conduct any commercial transactions on artemisreproduction.fr. Due to the commercial policy described above, the supplier reserves the right not to fulfill orders from anyone who is not a “customer” or from orders not in compliance with its commercial policy as defined in these terms.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, transfer, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on artemisreproduction.fr between users of artemisreproduction.fr. However, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by entities other than the supplier that may be present on info@artemisreproduction.fr via links, banners, or other hyperlinks.
On artemisreproduction.fr, we do not sell used, defective, or substandard products. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on artemisreproduction.fr in each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products sold on artemisreproduction.fr may not match the actual colors due to the effect of the internet browser and the screen used. If the products displayed on artemisreproduction.fr are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last site visit or order form submission, the supplier’s duty will be to promptly inform the customer, from the transmission of the order, about the possible unavailability of the ordered products. In the case of order form submission and payment of the price, the supplier commits to refund the amount the customer has already paid within a maximum of forty-five (45) days from the payment date.
The prices listed in the product sheets are expressed in Euros and include all taxes, excluding shipping costs and customs duties. The applicable value-added tax is that in force in Thailand on the day of the order. Product prices may be subject to updates. Please check the final selling price before submitting the order form. Delivered orders may be subject to additional taxes and customs duties (the exclusive responsibility of the customer).
Orders are placed exclusively on the artemisreproduction.fr website. It is not necessary to create an account on the site before placing an order.
If the customer already has an account, they must log in with the email address and password chosen during registration. The customer must provide a valid postal address when placing the order.
Shipping costs will be added to the total of the items. By submitting the order form electronically, the customer unconditionally agrees and commits to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale towards the supplier. If the customer does not agree with any provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we invite them not to finalize the order on artemisreproduction.fr.
Upon receipt of the order, the supplier will send an order confirmation via email. This confirmation email will present a summary of the information entered in the order form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, details on price, payment methods, and delivery times and costs).
Payment for the order can be made by Credit Card or PayPal. For payment by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), in case of credit/debit card payment, financial information (e.g., credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be transmitted via an encrypted protocol, ensuring that third parties cannot access it.
Furthermore, this information will never be used by the supplier, except to complete procedures related to your purchase or to issue refunds in case of product returns in accordance with the right of withdrawal, or in cases where it is necessary to prevent or report fraud to the competent authorities regarding artemisreproduction.fr.
The prices for purchasing products and shipping fees, as indicated in the Order Form, will be debited from your Account at the time of submission of the Order Form to the supplier.
Deliveries are made internationally and may take from 2 to 15 days. The order may experience delivery delays due to anti-fraud checks.
In case of error or omission by the Customer in communicating the delivery address, artemisreproduction.fr will not be held responsible for the inability to deliver the ordered products.
For shipping, the cost varies depending on the country and the type of delivery selected.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with artemisreproduction.fr, without penalty and without needing to specify the reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products purchased on artemisreproduction.fr.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to the customer service of artemisreproduction.fr by email at info@artemisreproduction.fr. The Customer must return the products to the supplier within fourteen (14) days from the day they communicated their intention to withdraw.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer, as well as the responsibility for loss or damage during transport. The products must be returned in the same condition as received, packaged, and with their labels. The supplier reserves the right not to accept the return of damaged, deteriorated, or used products.
After receipt of the returned products by the supplier and verification of their compliance, the refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days.
The products sold by artemisreproduction.fr are covered by the legal compliance warranty provided by articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code. In case of non-compliance, the Customer is entitled to repair or replacement of the product, at no additional cost, or a price reduction or resolution of the contract.
The personal data collected during the Customer’s registration and during orders will be processed in accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, as described in the Privacy Policy section of artemisreproduction.fr.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. In case of dispute, the Customer can contact the Customer Service of artemisreproduction.fr to try to find an amicable solution. In case of disagreement, the parties may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.
The supplier reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, including due to regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will take effect from the date of publication on artemisreproduction.fr.
